University Recruiting - Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru

We're seeking an exceptional University Recruiting - Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join

our dynamic team. If you're passionate about launching careers and delivering outstanding

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for all university hires (on-campus, offcampus).
  • Coordinate and actively participate in university recruitment events and information

sessions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services and

stakeholders.

  • Candidate Experience:
  • Act as the point of contact for university candidates, providing timely and engaging

communication.

  • Ensure a consistently positive and welcoming experience for all candidates throughout

the recruitment process.

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Be the expert user of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking,

feedback, and status updates.

  • Maintain high data quality, update real-time reports (e.g., interview trackers), and

manage monthly Assessor Utilization data.

  • Lead the coordination and execution of university programs and events, ensuring

flawless logistics.

  • Execute the pre-onboarding processes associated with New Grads and Intern

onboarding

  • Identify and implement process improvements for data collection and event

management.

What You'll Bring (Requirements & Qualifications):

  • Experience: 4+ years in Talent Acquisition coordination, preferably with university

recruitment experience.

  • Technical: Proficiency in Excel and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Organization: Strong organizational abilities with proven proficiency in managing

multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building

relationships with recruiters, interviewers and candidates.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for university recruitment and commitment to a positive

candidate experience.

  • Adaptability: Capable of navigating ambiguity, operating independently, and

prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Quality Focus: Obsession with quality, detail, and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility: Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, for interviews and events

when needed.
