Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand strategic workforce requirements across FMCG and Consumer Durable verticals.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for functions including Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Corporate roles.
• Execute market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to support critical and niche hiring.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for high-volume, geographically dispersed roles as well as specialized positions.
• Leverage advanced sourcing channels including LinkedIn headhunting, referrals, talent communities, and recruitment vendors.
• Conduct competency-based screening and ensure a robust interview and evaluation process.
• Manage offer strategy, compensation alignment, negotiation, and candidate engagement through closure and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations.
• Contribute to employer branding, campus engagements, and diversity hiring initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience demonstrating success in recruiting for

  FMCG / Consumer Durables / Retail

   organizations.
• Strong exposure to sales & distribution hiring, including frontline, channel, and regional roles.
• Sound understanding of manufacturing and supply chain hiring dynamics (plants, depots, warehouses).
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of market trends and talent availability.
• Must be a graduate.
