Key responsibilities: 1. Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are up-to-date 2. Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates 3. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers 4. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) 5. Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation 6. Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives 7. Assist with employee records management and HR documentation 8. Support engagement, benefits administration, and HR compliance tasks 9. Help coordinate training and employee engagement programs 10. Address basic HR queries and assist in resolving employee concerns Requirements: 1. Strong sourcing & screening ability 2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 3. Familiarity with ATS & recruitment tools 4.
