Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition specialist located in Kozhikode. The specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining employer brand strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employer Branding and Recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
