Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring for the construction or infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in job portal sourcing (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Source candidates for various roles within the construction domain, including technical, operational, and site-based positions.
• Manage job postings and drive visibility across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and status updates.
• Organize and participate in hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment (as needed).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,401.06 - ₹33,224.55 per month
