Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher) to support our IT hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your HR career by learning end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles through job portals and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn about recruitment and the IT industry
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of IT roles/technologies is a plus
Internship experience in recruitment (if any)
