Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a HR Data Analyst . The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in data analytics , MIS reporting , and Excel , with an interest in leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance business insights. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

• Use Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.

• Assist in implementing Generative AI solutions for automating reporting and analytics tasks.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc. ).

• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.

• Familiarity with MIS reporting processes.

• Exposure to or interest in Generative AI applications in business.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics , or related field.

• Knowledge of SQL , Power BI , or Tableau is a plus.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
