Job Title: Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a HRData Analyst. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in data analytics, MIS reporting, and Excel, with an interest in leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance business insights. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

• Use Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.

• Assist in implementing Generative AI solutions for automating reporting and analytics tasks.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).

• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.

• Familiarity with MIS reporting processes.

• Exposure to or interest in Generative AI applications in business.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
