Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Talend Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership and expertise in Talend.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Talend-based solutions, ensuring high-quality and efficient data integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex data processing pipelines using Talend.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Talend best practices and architecture.
Develop and maintain large-scale data integration workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Talend jobs, data flows, and data transformations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in an IT or consulting environment.
Proficiency in Talend development, including hands-on experience with job development, data flow management, and data transformation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
