Tableau Admin

You will be joining a leading global data analytics & AI consulting firm as a Tableau Administrator based in Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Nagpur. With 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing Tableau On-Premises and Tableau Cloud environments. Your main focus will be on overseeing the administration, monitoring, and performance optimization of Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud to ensure high availability and security. You will also play a key role in platform upgrades, incident resolution, disaster recovery, and security compliance. Your responsibilities will include proactive monitoring of health, reliability, and performance indicators to detect and resolve potential issues early. You will be involved in Tableau on-prem to cloud migration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and process improvements. Engaging with stakeholders and effective communication will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have expertise in Tableau architecture, SAML, SSL activities, Tableau scripting, SQL, and relational databases. Strong knowledge of Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud administration, as well as experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms related to Tableau deployment, will be required. Familiarity with ITIL processes and automation of monitoring, alerting, and data extraction are also essential. Additionally, basic Tableau development skills and understanding of security best practices in Tableau environments will be valuable. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field with at least 7 to 9 years of overall experience and 5 years of relevant experience in managing Tableau environments.,
