As a Manager - Relationship Manager - Talent Attraction and Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India). With 10-12 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, your focus will be on deploying unique strategies to locate the right talent and fulfilling the entry-level talent requirements, especially through the Campus Recruiting Program. Your key responsibilities will include forecasting business requirements, planning sourcing strategies for just-in-time hiring, acting as the primary point of contact for Campus Recruiting Programs, cultivating strong business relationships, and managing recruitment-related process improvement projects. You will also be responsible for building sourcing capabilities within the team, tracking and measuring metrics, and leading recruitment-related transformation projects. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 10-12 years of proven recruitment experience, and the ability to work on various HR applications including Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize rapidly changing demands, and experience in building and managing high-performing teams are essential. Additionally, having a strong industry outlook, adaptability to global recruiting trends, and the capability to understand industry trends will be advantageous.
