Role & responsibilities

IT Recruiter

IT sourcing

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for permanent positions.
Source candidates using
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
.
Work on a wide range of
IT roles
including Developers, Testers, Cloud, Data, ERP, and Infrastructure positions.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate with
vendors and consultants
for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
Manage
vendor relationships
, rate negotiations, and performance tracking.
Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and ATS updates.
Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Follow compliance and company hiring guidelines.
