This role is designed to support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment coordination, ensuring seamless hiring operations and exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Handle end-to-end scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases
Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external candidates
Assist in screening resumes and initial interactions, if required
Support onboarding documentation and background verification processes
Help publish job postings and track responses on various job boards
Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Experience Required:

13 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with Excel, Outlook, and scheduling tools
Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multitask
Knowledge of ATS is a plus
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Additional Details

Type: Contractual Role (6 Months)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Work Mode: 5 Days WFO
