Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect for our ISG team with 13 to 16 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data & Analytics Business Temenos Analytics and T24 Core Technical. The role involves designing and implementing solutions that enhance our retail banking services. This hybrid position requires a deep understanding of Temenos technologies and offers an opportunity to impact our companys growth and societal contributions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions to support business objectives.
Oversee the integration of Temenos Analytics with existing systems to optimize performance.
Provide technical expertise in Temenos DataEvent DES and Outbox to ensure seamless data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Temenos Data Hub solutions.
Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain documentation for architecture and design processes.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Data & Analytics Business and Temenos Analytics.
Demonstrate expertise in Temenos DataEvent DES Outbox and Data Hub.
Have a solid understanding of T24 Core Technical aspects.
Experience in retail banking domain is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
