Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Operation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore/Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management practices, monitoring tools, and cloud technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and APM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for systems operation.
Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of critical systems.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and APM tools.
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or equivalent.
Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
Notice period: Immediate.
