Systems Executive

We are seeking a talented and proactive Systems Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle IT support, system administration, and ensure smooth technological operations across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to all showroom departments
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and network devices
• Manage and monitor CCTV systems (NVR/DVR & camera feeds)
• Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and Wi-Fi performance
• Support Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM, and ERP software platforms
• Perform routine data backups and ensure data security
• Handle basic hardware upgrades and system installations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Hardware & Networking
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server support
• Familiarity with CCTV setup and troubleshooting (IP & Analog)
• Experience with DMS/ERP systems in the automobile sector (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, reliability, and communication abilities
