About the Role: The Systems Executive supports all hotel departments in managing their digital tools and reporting systems. The role bridges operations with technology. Responsibilities: Maintain and update the property-management / POS systems. Ensure smooth functioning of printers, billing systems, and network. Create and automate routine operational reports. Train staff on new software or apps. Manage backups and digital records. Requirements: Diploma or degree with computer proficiency. 1–3 years of tech or hospitality systems exposure. Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.
