Systems Engineer - IT Service Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, managing endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and IP phones, as well as implementing and administering servers. Your knowledge of Active Directory Services, DHCP, and DNS will be crucial, along with basic administration of LAN infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and routers. You will analyze root causes of incidents, provide solutions within defined SLA targets, and prevent recurring issues. Additionally, you will handle system and network-related problems and address 1st and 2nd level IT incidents and service requests.
