We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows , Ubuntu , and Mac OS systems. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS

Provide end-user support for OS-related and hardware issues across different platforms

Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting, especially with Cisco routers and switches

Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT policies

Maintain hardware inventory and ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Collaborate with the IT team to manage software installations, updates, and patching

Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems

Requirements:

Proven experience in installation and troubleshooting of Windows , Ubuntu/Linux , and Mac OS

Solid understanding of basic networking concepts and hands-on experience with Cisco switches/routers

Familiarity with system administration and desktop support practices

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
