About the Role

You’ll take ownership of our technology infrastructure — from systems setup to automation and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring everything “just works.”

SEO, website performance, or digital analytics

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize

  Zoho One

  applications (CRM, Projects, Analytics, etc.)
• Build and maintain

  API integrations

  between core tools (Zoho, Karbon, tax platforms, etc.)
• Create and maintain

  automations and workflows

  to improve team efficiency
• Provide

  IT support and troubleshooting

  for system or connectivity issues
• Collaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimization
• Document and train team members on best practices and new tools
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to build a scalable, connected tech ecosystem that supports both operations and digital presence

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems management, or workflow automation
• Strong working knowledge of

  Zoho One

  ,

  APIs

  , and integration tools (e.g., Deluge, Zapier, Make)
• Experience with

  Karbon

  or tax-related software a plus

• Experience or interest in SEO, website systems, or digital performance preferred

• Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills
