Job Summary

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for software applications.
• Conduct needs analysis and develop application solutions.
• Oversee the development of application documentation and user guides.
• Manage and maintain application systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide Azure Virtual Desktop support across the region.
• Provide excellent customer service to users and stakeholders.
• Document and maintain accurate records of application support activities.
• Support the full life cycle of application support, including troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve application support processes and user experience.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support or a related role.
• Experience providing Azure Virtual Desktop support in a regional or enterprise environment.
