Systems Administrator

Role Overview

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the IT infrastructure across all Kapra Group branches in Kerala. The role requires hands-on expertise in servers, networks, and user support, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems across branches.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, security, and reliability.
• Implement data backup, recovery solutions, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage system access, user accounts, and IT policies.
• Ensure timely software updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and services.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide training and support to staff for IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, networking, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with data security, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to support multiple branches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
