System Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled System Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of our Linux and Windows server environments. You’ll also be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, automation, and providing high-quality support to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) and Windows servers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform system updates, security patches, and backups.
• Assist in automation, scripting, and process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with developers, IT, and support teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and remote sessions to deliver effective technical support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support issues, resolutions, and system updates.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
