Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Support Engineer to join our team at ARM InfoTech, with 35 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
