System Support Engineer

Job Description

we're looking for a detail-oriented System Support Engineer to work closely with our Engineering team, supporting post-deployment operations and handling technical requests from business and customer teams. you'll play a key role in ensuring our systems run reliably in production, help troubleshoot real-world issues, and act as the bridge between tech, ops, and support.
