Lead Computer Vision & AI Engineer (LLM, Robotics, Industrial AI) About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on and passionate Computer Vision & AI Engineer who can lead the development of intelligent systems combining AI, LLMs, robotics, and industrial automation . Data Centre System Support Engineer – Managed Services Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Centre System Support Engineer to be stationed at the Data Centre in Hyderabad. This role involves managing daily operational activities, tagging hardware, monitoring and supporting system software, and coordinating with the central team in Kolkata for escalations. The candidate will be the first line of support for onsite issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily system health checks and report any anomalies. Carry out hardware tagging , inventory tracking, and update records regularly. Handle basic system software support , configuration, patching, and minor bug fixes. Monitor hardware configuration, logs, and events , and report any issues. Act as the first point of contact for onsite technical issues. Escalate unsolved issues, bugs, or anomalies to the central Kolkata support team in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors or OEMs for hardware-level issues if required. Maintain documentation related to configurations, updates, and incident logs. Adhere to data centre compliance and security policies . Provide support during audits, upgrades, or migrations as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in system support, IT operations, or data centre management. Good understanding of Linux and Windows server environments , basic networking, and hardware. Familiarity with ticketing tools , documentation systems, and escalation procedures. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on servers, network devices, and storage. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with remote teams.
