Lead Computer Vision & AI Engineer (LLM, Robotics, Industrial AI)

About the Role

Computer Vision & AI Engineer

AI-powered
EOSH detection
LLM-integrated robot assistant
Image matching & inspection
Vision analytics for factories

You will work closely with the founder and product teams to take PoCs to production across Jetson, edge devices, and AI models.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize real-time
Computer Vision pipelines
(YOLO, Detectron2, etc.)
Train and fine-tune models for
object detection, similarity matching, defect analysis
Integrate
LLMs (LangChain, LLAMA etc)
for robotics applications
Work on
Edge AI deployment
(Jetson Nano/Xavier, Coral, Raspberry Pi)
Guide image dataset creation, labeling, and model evaluation
Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and PoC demos
Mentor and support junior developers as a technical anchor

Requirements

4–8 years of hands-on experience in
Computer Vision / Deep Learning
Proficiency in
Python
,
PyTorch
,
OpenCV
, and
ONNX/TensorRT
Experience with
image matching
,
Siamese/Triplet Networks
, or retrieval models
Comfortable deploying on
Jetson
,
Edge TPUs
, or embedded Linux systems
Experience integrating
LLMs
or agents (LangChain, Transformers, etc.)
Strong problem-solving mindset and
startup adaptability
Bonus: ROS basics, Docker, GStreamer, or GPU optimization
