System Support Engineer

As a Data Entry Specialist at our company, your role will involve compiling, verifying, and updating information based on priorities to prepare source data for data management. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of records to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output will be part of your daily tasks. Your ability to work within deadlines to ensure speed without sacrificing accuracy is crucial. Collaboration with the development team is essential to ensure continuous improvement of product functionality and performance. You will need to proactively identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective solutions. Regular testing and quality checks on company products will be required to identify and proactively address any issues, ensuring optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: - Compile, verify, and update information to prepare source data for data management - Maintain confidentiality of records and ensure security of sensitive information - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output - Work within deadlines to ensure speed without sacrificing accuracy - Collaborate with the development team for continuous improvement of product functionality - Proactively identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams - Conduct regular testing and quality checks on company products to ensure optimal performance Qualifications Required: - Possess a good typing speed for timely and accurate data entry - Experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) - Proficient in internet browsing and researching on websites - Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration within the team - BCA-MCA, BSC-MSC (CS/IT), BE/Tech (CS/IT) - Manual Testing courses are an added advantage In addition to the job role and responsibilities, our company offers benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and work from home options.
