Job Description

About the Role - System Support Engineer: We re looking for a detail-oriented System Support Engineer to work closely with our Engineering team, supporting post-deployment operations and handling technical requests from business and customer teams. You ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run reliably in production, help troubleshoot real-world issues, and act as the bridge between tech, ops, and support. What are we looking for: 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, system operations, or dev support role Strong knowledge of SQL (comfortable writing complex queries and investigating data) Hands-on experience with Node.js (TypeScript) or Python scripting or debugging level Familiarity with Java is a plus Exposure to debugging tools, logs, REST APIs, and production systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills you ll work closely with many internal teams A structured, ownership-driven approach to problem solving Good to Have Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Logs tool, GCP logger, Grafana, Sentry, OpsGenie etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Previous experience in healthcare, SaaS, or fast-paced tech startups Why Join LoopHealth?
