For our office in Bangalore we are looking for a full time Team Manager Customer Service As a Team Manager, you are the director of your team. Your goal is to lead and optimize team performance, aiming for a 20% individual productivity and enhanced Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Monitor and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), take proactive corrective actions, and ensure team and individual goals are achieved. Your Responsibility Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics. Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvements. Conduct structured coaching sessions and performance feedback. Lead initiatives to improve CSAT scores. Maintain extensive administration to monitor continuous improvement. Coordinate with Learning & Development and Quality Assurance teams. Foster open communication and visibility on the floor. Motivate and empower team members through effective team management What you bring to the table Bachelor s Degree in tourism Administration & Hospitality will be an advantage in the related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service, handling a team. Experience in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred. Proven experience working with CRM systems and travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar). Language proficiency minimal B2 in English Strong technical aptitude to navigate multiple systems. Excellent business communication skills. Adaptability to changing business priorities. Availability to work on weekends, bank holidays, and some evenings/nights if required. Professional and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues. Key responsibilities: Technical Support and Troubleshooting Be the first point of contact to resolve user inquiries and issues through ticketing systems, chats, emails, or in person. Handle complex IT problems involving hardware, software, and networks to minimize downtime. System Maintenance and Upgrades Regularly update servers and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. Project Management Lead IT projects by planning, executing, and overseeing tasks to ensure completion on schedule and budget friendly User Assistance Meeting Tools: Ensure audio-visual equipment is always ready. Be the go-to for Zoom and other conferencing tools. Train users on new tech and systems and provide security awareness Keep a detailed log of user issues and solutions in the Jira Service Desk Performance Monitoring Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Network Support Support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Resolve connectivity issues and work with senior IT staff on complex problems. Collaboration Work with IT teams on projects and upgrades. Build strong relationships with vendors to solve technical challenges. Compliance Ensure IT practices meet industry standards and stay updated on new technologies. Documentation Keep detailed records of IT systems, processes, and incidents for knowledge sharing and decision-making. What you bring to the table: Education/Experience: Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience Technical Experience: Extensive experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles, demonstrating a strong track record in resolving complex issues. Operating Systems Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, along with expertise in common software applications.
