Job Description

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with Computer Applications or similar.
1+ year of experience as a System Officer, IT Assistant, or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
Familiarity with accounting or inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and system maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of computer networks, hardware, and software in the office and warehouse.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and distribution reports using MS Excel and other tools.
Assist in data entry, data validation, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues faced by staff (e.g., printer problems, software errors, email issues).
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software updates, and IT support when necessary.
Provide training and support to staff on using company software and MS Office applications.
Ensure data backup procedures are followed and maintain the security of digital information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
