Job Description

As a System Executive, you will be responsible for inspection and compliance in the automobile industry, specifically focusing on homologation for passenger cars. Your role will involve having a deep understanding of automotive regulations, homologation procedures, and type approval processes. You will be required to coordinate homologation activities, including planning, testing, certification, report preparation, and technical specifications. Your educational background should include a B.E or B. Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive engineering, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience in homologation. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams such as design, engineering, quality, product planning, and production to ensure vehicles are designed and built according to regulations and internal standards. You will also need to conduct research on automotive regulations, maintain project test schedules, provide technical support to internal teams, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive domain. To excel in this role, you must possess good project management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail in preparing test reports, and a solid understanding of vehicle systems and compliance regulatory requirements related to safety, emissions, electrical components, and other important regulations. Additionally, you should be familiar with upcoming Indian automotive regulations such as EV, Cybersecurity, ADAS, BNCAP, and have experience in preparing worst-case criteria, test matrices, and checklists. Soft skills like a positive attitude, teamwork, willingness to learn, flexibility, and a proactive approach will be valuable assets in this position.,
