System Engineer

As an EE System Engineer at TVS Motor Company, you will be responsible for testing the vehicle E/E Architecture and integrating vehicle EE components at various development stages for high voltage EV. You will play a crucial role in preparing FSR and FST, deploying test cases to various subsystems, analyzing vehicle network data, managing D&D test plans, reviewing EE component packaging, conducting assembly and serviceability studies, supporting communication tools development, performing test simulations and EMC compliance, interacting with vendors for part development and validation, conducting functional safety analysis, defining safety goals, reviewing SW development methodology, evaluating cyber security goals, working on HV powertrain concept design and integration, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Testing of vehicle E/E Architecture and integration of vehicle EE components - Preparation of FSR and FST, deployment of test cases, and managing D&D test plan - Knowledge and hands-on experience on vehicle network data analysis and debugging - Reviewing vehicle packaging of EE Components and conducting assembly and serviceability studies - Supporting communication tools development for manufacturing and servicing - Performing test simulations, failure analysis, and EMC compliance - Interacting with vendors and stakeholders for part development and validation - Conducting functional safety analysis and defining safety goals - Reviewing SW development methodology and SW QA process - Evaluating, identifying, and verifying cyber security goals - Working on HV powertrain concept design and integration - Conducting benchmarking and landscaping of IP and technology - Continuously reviewing regulations and international standards - Experience in using SW PLM tools such as JIRA, DOORS, etc. Qualification Required: - B Tech in Electrical/ Electronics engg. or M Tech in Electrical science/ Instrumentation - Hands-on experience with CANOE, CANAPE, CANALYSER, PCAN, ETAS, Bus master for Vehicle network emulation - Ability to prepare and conduct DFMEA for EE subsystem - Capability to prepare and conduct HARA, functional safety analysis, and deployment of safety goals to EE subsystem - Knowledge of ICE powertrain related calibration is an advantage (Note: Additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
