Job Title: Systems EngineerReports to:Team LeadLocation: NoidaExperience: 3-5 yearsPurpose of the RoleThe Systems Engineer is pivotal to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our customer environments. You will be the first line of defense, responsible for proactively monitoring systems, rapidly responding to alerts, and resolving incidents with precision and clear communication. This role requires a structured, proactive, and meticulous individual who thrives in a process-driven environment. Ideally, we're looking at engineering graduates with experience spanning cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Having customer experience will be preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Proactive Monitoring & Incident Management· Conduct a comprehensive morning review of all monitoring, antivirus, patching, and security alert queues.· Determine the impact of incidents on users and business operations.2. Patch Management & System Health· Identify and resolve patch deployment failures across customer environments.· Perform routine system checks to ensure overall health and availability.3. Operational Excellence & Ticket Management· Maintain impeccable ticket hygiene: every ticket must contain clear, logical notes detailing the cause, steps taken, results, and any required follow-up actions.· Ensure no alert or ticket is left without an update; proactively manage your workload to completion.4. Customer Operations· Communicate clearly and assess customer needs· Oversee seamless administrative operations to ensure customers don't face any issues with supply chain
