Youll work closely with recruiters to build strong pipelines using sourcing tools, social media, and job boards. Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search • Screen profiles and share qualified leads with recruiters Coordinating the interviews for the candidates with the panels • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future roles • Track and manage candidates in the ATS Requirements: • 1-3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques • Strong communication and time management skills
