Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Engineer located in New Delhi. The System Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day system administration, systems engineering, systems design, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. The role involves ensuring the optimal performance and security of our clients IT infrastructure, responding to technical issues, and designing system solutions tailored to meet the needs of SMEs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design
• Experience in System Administration, including server management and network configurations
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of information security practices and protocols is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
