Job Description

Translating business and user requirements to product requirements.
Developing the product verification strategy.
Reviewing verification results to confirm product requirements are met.
Identifying and mitigating areas of technical risk by following the product design FMEA process.
Communication of V-model maturity during product development to management

You are a part of:

Philips Oral Healthcare Systems Engineering team in the Innovation & Development department. You will be an important part of the Global New Product Development (NPD) core team, interacting with the Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Researcher and a variety of technical subject matter experts.

Youre the right fit if

Minimum-Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering, Masters Degree (Desired)
Minimum 6+ years experience in product development (experience in a regulated medical device/systems environment preferred)
Knowledgeable in product Verification/Validation (V&V)
Awareness/Experience in Technical Risk Assessment/FMEA
Familiarity/Experience with Requirements management (Knowledge of using a RMS tool like DOORS or similar system is preferred)
Experience in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methods/tools (Preferred)
