Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of servers, networks, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and patch management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Provide support for escalated technical issues and root cause analysis.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security protocols.
• Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• ITIL Foundation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
