System Engineer

Role Objectives

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced cloud solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for cloud infrastructure and handle escalated issues.
• Partner with U.S. clients to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient cloud services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.

Core Deliverables

• Architect and implement Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.
• Ensure system security, data backup, and firewall operations are robust and compliant.
• Lead migrations (O365, on-prem to cloud, hybrid models).
• Conduct root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and deliver preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

• Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, identity, governance)
• Microsoft 365 administration & security
• Active Directory (Group Policy, OU design, Federation Services)
• Backup solutions & Firewall management
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written) for client interaction

Preferred (Add-on):

• Office 365 migration & hybrid cloud deployment experience
• Knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
• Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Experience

• Hands-on: Minimum 4–5 years in Cloud/System Administration
• Total Industry Experience: 5+ years
• Proven experience in client-facing roles (preferably U.S./international clients)
• Previous involvement in migration projects and escalations

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
• Microsoft 365 / Active Directory certifications

ITIL Foundation (advantage)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
