Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Bangalore / Pune (Work From Office)

Job Summary:

Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on
AWS
using
CloudFormation
and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Automate operational tasks using
Python
and shell scripting.
Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and cost of cloud resources.
Manage Linux-based systems including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure meets application requirements.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in cloud environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years
of experience working with
AWS services
(EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
Strong proficiency with
AWS CloudFormation
or similar IaC tools (Terraform, CDK is a plus).
Solid experience with
Python
for scripting and automation.
Expertise in
Linux system administration
(RedHat, Ubuntu, or CentOS).
Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CodePipeline).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certifications (e.g.,
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer
).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, etc.)
