Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret customer requirements to define optimal system architectures.
• Gather and evaluate technical data essential for system design and development.
• Design robust, reliable, and cost-effective system architectures tailored to project needs.
• Collaborate with business development teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Participate in customer meetings to present design concepts and provide technical insights.
• Support project teams in developing detailed designs aligned with approved architectures.
• Review technical outputs and design documentation to ensure alignment with system goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during system development and integration.
• Develop and maintain organizational standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in System Architecture across complex product development environments.
• Strong understanding of system standards such as VME, VPX, CPCI, AMC, and XMC.
• Expertise in embedded/electronic systems architecture and circuit board design.
• Sound knowledge of FPGA/RTL design processes and workflows.
• Foundational understanding of software architecture in embedded and computing systems.
• Hands-on experience in system qualification and delivery of high-reliability products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience architecting systems for defence applications.
• Hands-on experience designing complex digital, analog, or RF circuits.
• Expertise in multilayer PCB design and FPGA RTL development.
• Exposure to environmental and EMI/EMC qualification testing as per MIL standards.
• Prior experience working in service industries catering to defence clients.
  

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science.
• 12-18 years of experience in system architecture, design, and development
