Operating Systems: Installation, configuration, and administration of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Server environments.
User & Permission Management: Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, role-based access, and privilege management.
Mail Server Administration: Postfix, Sendmail, Exchange Server setup and troubleshooting.
Network Configuration: Router, switch, and firewall setup & configuration (Cisco, MikroTik, FortiGate, etc.).
DNS Configuration & Management: Forward/reverse lookup zones, internal/external DNS, troubleshooting name resolution issues.
Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues in desktops, servers, laptops, storage devices, and networking equipment.
DHCP Server Configuration: Dynamic IP allocation, IP reservation, scope management.
Backup & Recovery: Data backup strategies, disaster recovery planning
Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds to monitor servers and networks.
Mail Server Administration: Postfix, Sendmail, Exchange Server setup and troubleshooting.
