Install, configure, and maintain IT systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems
Collaborate with IT support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Manage & troubleshoot Intune and Defender solutions
Secure cloud environments & endpoints across the organization
Lead device management, incident response & system integration projects
Microsoft 365 Admin, Intune (Win/MSI/EXE apps)
Azure AD, GPO, AVD, Hybrid AD
Endpoint Security, AIP/DLP, Microsoft Defender
Strong documentation, problem-solving & cross-team collaboration
Excellent communication skills
Shift would be EST - work from Office (Tuesday to Thursday) and remote (Monday and Friday)
