System Administrator

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, storage, operating systems, and hardware.
• Data & Security: Implement security measures, manage access controls, perform regular backups, and create disaster recovery plans to protect sensitive patient data (PHI).
• Application Support: Ensure Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), billing, and other clinical applications function reliably.
• User Support: Provide technical helpdesk support, resolve issues, and train staff on IT systems.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and document system configurations, procedures, and IT assets.
• Monitoring & Performance: Continuously monitor system health, performance, and capacity, responding to security or usability concerns.
• Updates & Upgrades: Plan and execute system updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaising with external vendors for support, procurement, and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
