System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across all branches of Kapra Group. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of our systems, networks, and security, providing technical support to staff and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems across all branches.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.

Manage firewalls, antivirus, and system security protocols.

Ensure reliable LAN/WAN connectivity and resolve network problems.

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and servers.

Regularly update and back up company data.

Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software.

Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), Windows/Linux systems, and cloud technologies.

Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and data backup solutions.

Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills.

Willingness to travel to multiple branch locations.
