Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator located in Indore. The System Administrator will handle day-to-day system administration tasks, provide technical support, manage troubleshooting activities, and ensure efficient network administration. Responsibilities also include managing IT infrastructure, maintaining system security, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Set up and maintain networks, including monitoring system performance and ensuring security updates.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system documentation.
• Oversee data backups, recovery procedures, and IT security compliance.
• Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while being able to work independently when required.
• Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills in day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in system and network administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
