Job Description

Profile- Technical Lead – Web3Integrations Company: Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 10+ Years (Tech Leadership + Web3 Integration Expertise) Key Responsibilities :- Drive technical strategy and system architecture across diverse Web3 platforms. Integrate and assess third-party services like Fireblocks, Chainlink, Circle, Nium, etc. Manage and align global development teams and external vendors. Ensure system scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Contribute to product planning, roadmap discussions, and investor interactions. What We're Looking For :- A proven leader (CTO, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect) with hands-on Web3 experience. Deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols. Strong background in integrating APIs, custody platforms, wallets, and Web3 stacks. Working knowledge of PHP (Laravel), Node.js, MySQL, AWS/GCP is a strong advantage. Excellent leadership and communication skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
