System Administrator

Job Description:

Sakariya Mines & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled System Administration Executive to join our IT team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. This is an onsite role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server systems, networks, and computer hardware.
• Ensure the smooth operation of LAN, WAN, and other network infrastructures.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.
• Monitor system performance, security, and storage availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to servers, network, and user systems.
• Implement and manage data backups, recovery plans, and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure optimal functionality of systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT support when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MCA or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• At least 1-3 years of experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
