Role Summary:

HCL is hiring a System Administrator to support enterprise clients remotely. This role focuses on resolving printer and server issues, managing incidents, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve printer and server incidents within SLA timelines
• Support IMAC/MACD requests and print server operations
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist clients via phone, email, or chat
• Monitor server performance and manage firmware updates
• Escalate unresolved issues and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare reports and support process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with MDS software, server tools, and ITSM platforms
