Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain
Linux servers
.
Manage, monitor, and optimize
PostgreSQL
databases ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
Perform
database backups, restores, replication, and disaster recovery
procedures.
Implement and monitor system and database
security policies
, user permissions, and access controls.
Apply
system patches, kernel upgrades, and PostgreSQL updates
as needed.
Automate routine system tasks using
shell scripting.
Monitor system performance, logs, and resource utilization to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support deployment and infrastructure needs.
Set up and manage
system monitoring tools.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Experience :

Minimum 5 years
of hands-on experience in system administration or related IT infrastructure roles.
